1. Agreement

By playing Nehborly at nehborly.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

2. Eligibility

If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may play only with permission from a parent or guardian. Purchases require you to be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live) and to pay from your own NHBCoin wallet.

3. Accounts

You can play as a guest; a guest town is stored on your device. To save a town online you sign in with NHBCoin. You are responsible for your NHBCoin account and its security.

4. Game coins and virtual items

Town coins, buildings, items and other game content are licensed to you for use in the game; you do not own them. They have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, sold or exchanged for money or tokens.

5. Purchases

Store purchases are paid in ZNHB or NHB through NHBCoin and are final once delivered. If a purchase cannot be delivered, its value is credited in the game or refunded as stated in the Store.

6. The game economy

Nehborly is a simulation. Prices, rates, taxes and rules may change to keep the game fair and balanced. Progress lost to defaults, taxes or auctions inside the game is part of play and is not refundable.

7. Fair play

Do not cheat, exploit bugs, use modified clients or automation, interfere with other players or the service, or upload unlawful or offensive content (including town names). We may reset, suspend or remove towns and accounts that break these rules.

8. Availability

We aim to keep Nehborly available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change or end.

9. Disclaimers and liability

Nehborly is provided "as is". It is a game and an educational simulation, not financial advice. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. Continuing to play means you accept the updated terms.
