The season
A season runs for one calendar month in UTC, from the 1st at 00:00 to the last day at 23:59. Results become final 6 hours after the month ends. The October 2026 season counts from the day seasons launched.
How points are scored
- Profit10% of your city's daily profit, on financial days you play live.
- Deliveries10% of each order's pay, for orders you dispatch yourself.
- Hotel stays10% of each stay's bill, for guests who check out while you play.
- Building20 points for each new building, and 20 × the new level for each upgrade.
The server replays every town move by move, so the score on the server is the score of record.
What never counts
- Anything bought or finished with ZNHB or NHB: coin packs, finish-now upgrades and buildings, automation purchases, gifts.
- Delivery automation's deliveries.
- Visits, trades, gifts and payments between players.
- Time away: days that pass while you are not playing.
- Play beyond 3 hours in a day (UTC), and any play while your town is frozen by unpaid tax or has overdue bills.
Who can win
- A ZNHB prize needs: a town saved with an NHBCoin sign-in, age 18 or over confirmed, and play on at least 12 days of the month (15 minutes of play makes a day).
- A coin bounty needs play on at least 6 days of the month.
- One town per NHBCoin account. If a top town isn't eligible for a prize, the prize goes to the next eligible town and that town takes the bounty its rank earns.
- Ties go to the town that reached the score first.
- No purchase is necessary to take part or to win.
Fair play
Using several accounts, scripts or bots, exploiting bugs or tampering with the game disqualifies a town and can forfeit prizes. Nehborly reviews every winning town before paying and may withhold a prize where play was not genuine. Nehborly staff and their households can't win prizes. Winners are responsible for any taxes on their prizes. Where the law does not allow a prize, it is void. Nehborly may change these rules for future seasons; a running season keeps the rules it started with. See also the Terms and Privacy.
