Welcome to Nehborly (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how we collect, use, store, and share your personal data when you interact with our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of your information in accordance with this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide Directly:
We collect information that you provide to us when you create or modify an account, interact with other users, initiate or manage NHBCoin (or other digital asset) transactions, participate in community groups or clubs, communicate with us, or otherwise engage with the Service. This may include:

  • Name, username, email address, phone number, and other contact details.
  • Profile information, including photos or personal descriptions you choose to provide.
  • Information related to posts, messages, or other content you upload or share on the Service.
  • Any other information you voluntarily provide.

1.2 Information We Collect Automatically:
When you use the Service, we may automatically collect certain information about your device and usage of the Service, such as:

  • IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and mobile network information.
  • Pages or screens you view, links you click, and other actions you take on the Service.
  • Dates and times of your visits and usage.

1.3 Information from Third Parties:
We may receive information about you from third parties, such as identity verification providers, KYC (Know Your Customer) partners, or publicly available sources, as permitted by law. This helps us enhance account security and validate user identities, particularly for those who wish to transfer or trade NHBCoin on our upcoming exchange platforms.

2. How We Use Your Information

2.1 Service Provision & Personalization:
We use your information to operate, maintain, and provide the features and functionalities of the Service, including to:

  • Create and manage your user account, and enable you to interact with other users.
  • Facilitate NHBCoin transactions, social rewards, or other digital asset functions.
  • Display user profiles, posts, or “clubs” you create or join.
  • Communicate with you about your account, transactions, or updates to the Service.

2.2 Analytics & Improvements:
We may use aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified information for internal analytics, such as:

  • Monitoring and analyzing usage, trends, and activities related to the Service.
  • Improving the Service’s features, design, and user experience.
  • Developing new tools or functionalities that benefit user engagement.

2.3 Security & Fraud Prevention:
We may use your information to detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions, spam, security threats, and other harmful activities. This includes:

  • Enforcing our Terms and Conditions and other policies.
  • Conducting identity verification or KYC checks as needed for NHBCoin trading or withdrawals.
  • Protecting the rights, property, or safety of Nehborly, our users, or the public.

3. Cookies & Similar Technologies

3.1 Use of Cookies:
We use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to collect information about how you interact with the Service and to remember your preferences. This helps us personalize content and improve user experience.

3.2 Your Choices:
Most web browsers allow you to manage cookies through their settings. If you reject or delete cookies, some features of the Service may no longer function optimally. For more details, please refer to our Cookie Policy (if available).

4. Data Storage & Security

4.1 Security Measures:
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data, including encryption of sensitive information and secure server storage. However, no security practice is 100% foolproof, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

4.2 Private Keys & External Server Storage:
Private keys associated with Nehborly user accounts are encrypted and stored on a secure external server. Access to these private keys is further protected by a unique user password. Until all necessary licensing and regulatory requirements are fulfilled and we launch our Centralized Exchange (“CED”) and Decentralized Exchange (“DEX”), private keys will remain inaccessible for direct withdrawals. Once the CED and DEX are operational, users may use their secure passwords to retrieve their encrypted private keys and freely transfer their NHBCoin outside of the Nehborly platform. Please note that while we take rigorous measures to protect stored private keys, no security system is entirely invulnerable, and you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with digital asset storage.

4.3 Immediate Deletion of Account and Data:
If you choose to delete your Nehborly profile, all data associated with your account (including your private keys, comments, photos, and any other personal information) will be immediately deleted and rendered irretrievable by Nehborly, external parties, or other users. Nehborly does not retain any backup copies of deleted profiles or their associated content. You have the full right to request the complete removal of your information at any time, without question or delay. To initiate the account removal process, please email accountremoval [at] nehborly [dot] net. Once initiated, deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.

5. Sharing & Disclosure of Your Information

5.1 Third-Party Service Providers:
We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers who help us operate the Service (e.g., hosting, payment processing, KYC, analytics). These providers are contractually bound to safeguard your data and only process it according to our instructions.

5.2 Legal Requirements & Safety:
We may disclose your data to law enforcement or government agencies if required by law, or if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to:

  • Comply with a legal obligation or request.
  • Protect the safety, rights, or property of Nehborly, its users, or others.
  • Prevent or detect fraud or security issues.

5.3 Business Transfers:
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, user information may be transferred as part of that deal. We will provide notice if your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

6. User Responsibilities

6.1 Account Security:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, as well as any seed phrases, private keys, or wallet information. We recommend using strong, unique passwords and enabling additional security features where available.

6.2 Compliance & Conduct:
By using the Service, you agree not to misuse it for fraudulent or illegal activities, or to upload content that violates others’ rights or privacy. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for detailed rules on prohibited uses.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

7.1 Retention Period:
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. However, if you specifically request to delete your account in accordance with Section 4.3, we will permanently delete your data unless we are legally obligated to retain certain information (e.g., for anti-money laundering or regulatory compliance).

7.2 Your Rights:
You may request to access, correct, update, or delete your personal information by contacting us at hello [@] nehborly [dot] net. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable laws. Should you choose to exercise your right to completely remove your account under Section 4.3, we will comply with that request promptly and irreversibly, subject to any limited exceptions required by law.

8. International Data Transfers

8.1 Global Operations:
Your data may be stored and processed in countries other than your own. We transfer data in compliance with relevant data protection laws, using safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent legal mechanisms.

9. Children’s Privacy

9.1 Minimum Age:
The Service is not intended for users under the age of 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under this age. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

10. Updates to This Policy

10.1 Revisions & Notifications:
